What Cashout locked means

Why am I getting a message that Cashout is locked?


This usually means something has happened in a live match on your betslip that could affect the in-play odds. You won’t be able to get a Cashout offer until the incident has passed and the odds on that market are available again.


Our in-play odds are constantly updated, so you shouldn’t have to wait long for your next offer. However, it may be significantly higher or lower than your previous offer if there’s been a goal or a sending off that alters the likelihood of your bet winning.


If there are lots of legs taking place at once on your betslip, there is an increased chance of Cashout being locked. This is because once an incident has passed in one match, there may be one in another match.


Which incidents lead to Cashout being locked?


A goal, a penalty, a corner, a dangerous free kick or a possible yellow card, red card or VAR review will lead to some markets being briefly locked. This table shows which markets are affected by each incident:
