betPawa’s Dream Maker has been busy again, identifying another 20 inspiring Tanzanian dreams to turn into reality.

The Dream Bus toured the country in October, with people across Lindi, Mtwara and Ruvuma Region invited to step inside and share their dreams. Many more entered online, with betPawa reviewing every single dream before settling on 20 to help bring to life.

Herman is preparing to open a factory that makes stoves using dirty oil as cooking fuel. He plans for them to be used in homes, restaurants, schools, colleges and soap factories, protecting the environment by reducing deforestation.

He added: “If I succeed in fulfilling my dream, I will provide employment to the community in the factory and in the market, and I will call this stove the Pawa stove.”

Anania’s heart is set on finishing the construction of the Nangomba Clinic dispensary building. He explained: “The building used now is damaged and unsafe for providing health services.”

Eric will address the water shortage in Sanya Juu, Kilimanjaro by pumping water from a well to support the community’s farmers and breeders. “If we get water, it will help us grow vegetables and water our livestock,” he noted.

Khadija from Dar es Salaam is getting a new three-wheeled motor vehicle for business use. The money this makes will help her take her son to his sickle cell clinic each month and pay for his daily medicine, in addition to food and school fees.

Elsewhere, Samson is opening a recording studio in Kahama to maximise his ability to produce music and provide others with the same opportunity. He said: “It will help me and my peers to earn an income through talent and creativity in the art of music.”
