Terms and conditions
This offer is available to any new customer who opens an Tigo Pesa account with betPawa Tanzania, makes a Tigo Pesa deposit and places their first bet between Tuesday 27th August 2024 and Sunday 29th September 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
This offer is only available once per new betPawa Tanzania customer: any attempts to create additional accounts by the same account beneficiary owner to exploit the offer may result in a permanent ban.
You have to open an Tigo Pesa account with betPawa Tanzania and make a Tigo Pesa deposit before placing the qualifying bet, and all steps need to be completed during the Promotion Period.
The qualifying bet can be pre-match or in-play on Sports or Virtuals and must be placed within 14 days of your first deposit.
There are no minimum stake, leg or odds requirements for the qualifying bet.
There is no requirement to opt in to the promotion: the first Sports or Virtuals bet placed after your Tigo Pesa deposit will be the qualifying bet, provided the first Tigo Pesa deposit is made during the Promotion Period.
Only the first bet after the Tigo Pesa deposit qualifies for the promotion; if the qualifying bet has been placed, it cannot be recalled or altered in any way.
If your qualifying bet loses, we’ll credit your betPawa Tanzania account with 100% of the stake of the qualifying bet, up to a maximum total amount of TSh1,000.
The credit will be added to your betPawa account shortly after the bet has been settled (within a few hours wherever possible).
If a Cashout offer is accepted on the qualifying bet, it will not be eligible for the promotion, as your bet won’t have been settled as lost.
If your first bet doesn’t meet the specified criteria, you lose the right to participate in the promotion.
This reward will be documented in your betPawa Statement (check https://www.betpawa.co.tz/statements when logged in) as “Tigo Pesa First Bet Refund”.
You can use the awarded credit on any of the betPawa products within 14 calendar days of the time the credit was added to your account.
The credit will expire after 14 calendar days and will be removed from your betPawa account with no compensation if unused.
If your qualifying bet is voided or cancelled, for instance due to a match being postponed, your stake will be refunded in full in accordance with the betPawa Rules; in such an event, there will be no reinstatement of the promotion on the account, compensation or credit granted of any sorts.
Your 5 free bets on Aviator will be added within 24 hours of completing your first Tigo Pesa deposit and are worth TSh500 each; you should receive a site message notifying you once they are available.
Your Aviator free bets will expire at the end of the Promotion Period if left unused.
Once you finish using your Aviator free bets, press CLAIM to receive any winnings you’ve accumulated and they will be added to your betPawa account balance.
