Yes, every Pawa6 round is free to play for all betPawa customers. Participation is limited to one entry per person per round. Any attempts to create additional accounts to make multiple entries may result in a permanent ban.

How much can the top 10,000 win in each round?

The top 10,000 Tanzanian players in each round will be paid as follows:

Position | Payout

  • 1: TSh3,000,000
  • 2: TSh1,000,000
  • 3: TSh500,000
  • 4-10: TSh250,000 each
  • 11-25: TSh50,000 each
  • 26-100: TSh10,000 each

  • 1001-5000: TSh2,000 each
  • 5001-10000: TSh1,000 each

When 2 or more customers in the first place have the same number of points, the customer whose Golden Goal prediction is closer to the time of the first goal will be placed higher. It can be used to determine who wins the first prize. If players remain tied (either they picked the same Golden Goal time or their picks were an identical distance from the correct answer), they will split the first prize.

Prizes will be paid into the winning customers’ betPawa accounts. Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances and will expire after 14 days of being deposited into the winners’ accounts. Prizes can be used on any betPawa products or withdrawn to the mobile wallet of the account holders.

How is Pawa6 scored?

Predictions are for Full Time only.

There are 6 matches in every Pawa6 round. You receive 5 points for each correct score predicted, or 2 points if you don’t get the correct score, but do get the correct result (for example, if you pick Arsenal to win 1-0 and they win 3-1).

There are no points for correctly predicting a Golden Goal: these are used to determine winners in the event of ties. If you have the same total points and Golden Goal prediction as another player(s), you will share the prize amount in equal parts, specified for that position on the leaderboard.

All entries to Pawa6 can be edited up until 1 hour before the first match kicks off, via both the betPawa website and the betPawa app. Once entries close 1 hour before the first match kicks off, you can’t change your predictions. Any attempt to change the entries after this cutoff point, will result in immediate disqualification and banning of your account.

To participate in a Pawa6 round, you must submit a prediction for the scores of all 6 matches of the round and submit your Golden Goal prediction. All scores will be verified before prizes are issued.

What is the "Golden Goal"?

The Golden Goal is your prediction of what minute the first goal will be scored in across the 6 Pawa6 matches, using any number between 1 and 90. This is used as a decider to determine the finishing positions in the Pawa6 round in situations where customers have obtained an equal amount of total points.

The timing of goals scored will be recorded as follows:

01 sec - 1m:00s = 1st minute,

1m:01s – 2m:00s = 2nd minute, and so on.

So if you pick 6 for the Golden Goal, you’ll be looking for the first goal to be scored between 5m:01s and 6m:00s.
